MTV Movie Awards 2012 held recently completed in Los Angeles on Sunday evening, June 3, 2012. As quoted from page Aceshowbiz, the movie The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I was awarded Movie of the Year.

The film which tells the story of this modern-day vampire successfully beat other blockbuster films such as The Hunger Games, Bridesmaids, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II, and The Help.

The cast of The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I like Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart seemed to accept the trophy on stage. In his speech, Stewart admitted that Twilight is a film that means so much to him.

"I've been promoting the movie Snow White and I got a lot of questions, you definitely want to distance yourself from it (Twilight). Then I said, shut up, this is very meaningful to me," said Stewart.

Although the highest award, The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I only successfully took home two trophies Golden Popcorn. Actually won a great victory The Hunger Games. The film, starring Jennifer Lawrence is successfully bringing four trophies, including Best Male Performance and Best Female Performance.

This year, MTV Movie Awards held at Gibson Amphitheatre and hosted a British actor, Russell Brand.
